Shallow Fried French Fries !!



Take 4 to 5 potatoes. Wash em well.
Peel of the skin.
And cut into required sized wedges or chips .

(don't boil completely)


Drain out the water.





Take a pan and put around 3 to 4 tsp oil..(can be varied)
Shallow fry for around 15 to 20 mins (duration can be decreased or increased depending on the boil status, size of the chips amount of crispiness expected).



Mix gently to avoid breakage of the chips.
Dont leave unattented.







Add around two to three tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp salt (can be varied.)



Mix well gently and let it cook.
